By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or purchase our Products.

Sippin’ Season operates as a Florida Cottage Food business.

DISCLAIMER:
These products are made in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.

Our Products are shelf-stable foods permitted under Florida Cottage Food Law and are sold directly to consumers.

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase Products from this website.

Our Products do not contain alcohol. They are intended to be infused with alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages at the consumer’s discretion. You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable alcohol laws and for responsible consumption.

All Products are sold for personal use only.

You are responsible for:

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Applicable sales tax may be added at checkout as required by law.

Payments on this website are securely processed by Square, a third-party payment processor.

By submitting payment information, you:

• Authorize Square to process your payment
• Agree to Square’s applicable terms, conditions, and privacy policies
• Acknowledge that Sippin’ Season does not store or have access to your full payment information

Payment disputes, chargebacks, or reversals are subject to Square’s dispute resolution procedures.

We ship within Florida and other eligible locations as permitted under Florida Cottage Food Law.

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Sippin’ Season is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events beyond our control.

Risk of loss transfers to you once the order is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Due to the consumable nature of our Products, all sales are final.

Refunds or replacements may be considered only if:

• The incorrect item was received, or
• The order arrived damaged

Requests must be submitted within [7–14] days of delivery with order details and photographic evidence.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in refusal of future orders.

Our Products may contain or be processed near common allergens, including but not limited to citrus, nuts, and spices.

Consumption is at your own risk. Sippin’ Season is not liable for allergic reactions or adverse effects.  

All website content, including text, images, logos, product names, and branding, is the exclusive property of Sippin’ Season and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
